Attendance

Our students are encouraged to be regular in the college. For which, we have laid down some rules regarding attendance requirements:

Every student MUST ATTEND 75% OF TOTAL CLASSES. Students with attendance less than 75% will not be allowed to appear for the end term examination.

Students failing to attain the required percentage of attendance will be put on the institute notice board for the information of the students. No separate correspondence will be sent in regard to attendance. In extreme cases, the Head of the Departments has been given executive powers to discharge the student from the Institute.

Any student found absent in the class/hostel continuously for five consecutive working days without prior permission from concerned authority, becomes liable from being struck off from the rolls. (The Institute reserves the right to grant re-admission on payment of Rs. 1000/- as Re-admission fees subject to fulfilling other conditions.)
